How to Redeem/Use
Download the Third Wave Coffee® India mobile app from App store or Play store Sign-in on the app and click on “Pay” section followed by “Redeem Gift Card” .
On the ‘Redeem Gift Card’ screen, enter your 16 digit Third Wave Coffee gift card number (no spaces) followed by 6 digit CSV code (no spaces).
Wallet will be recharged as per the gift card value.
Your Third Wave Coffee eGift Card is ready for use, Tap on ‘Pay’ section and scan the barcode on the mobile app at any Third Wave Coffee store to redeem your eGift card
Terms and conditions
By using your Third Wave Coffee eGift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms and
Conditions”). Please ensure that you have read carefully and understood these Terms and
Conditions before using your Third Wave Coffee eGift Card. Please note that these Terms and
Conditions only govern the use of the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card, and the terms and conditions
for usage of the Third Wave Coffee India mobile app,Third Wave Coffee Rewards Membership ,
shall continue to apply.
Validity of this e-gift card is 1 years from the date of purchase of the e-gift card.
The Third Wave Coffee eGift Card can only be redeemed via the Third Wave Coffee India mobile
app across all Third Wave Coffee stores in India. All terms and conditions of the Third Wave Coffee
India mobile app and Third Wave Coffee Rewards program shall apply upon signing up for the
mobile app.
Eligibility Criteria:
To purchase the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card, you should be competent to enter into a contract
i.e. you should have attained the age of majority according to the Indian law. The Third Wave
Coffee eGift Card is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone who has not attained the
age of majority. Any person under the age of 18, may only use the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card
under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
Third Wave Coffee India eGift cards cannot be returned/refunded once purchased.
Third Wave Coffee eGift Cards are redeemable for dine in and takeaway across all stores in India
only.
Re-sale of Third Wave Coffee eGift Cards is strictly prohibited.
The Third Wave Coffee eGift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds Once purchased, the
Third Wave Coffee eGift Card cannot be cancelled by the purchaser, nor is the Third Wave Coffee
eGift Card refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Third Wave Coffee India. You cannot purchase
other Third Wave Coffee eGift Card/s with your Third Wave Coffee eGift Card/s, nor can you use
the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card/s to make a payment on a credit account. The Third Wave
Coffee eGift Card/s balance cannot be transferred to any other format of instrument
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the eGift Card and the electronic device on
which it is stored. Issuer / Third Wave Coffee India is not responsible for any acts of omission or
commission if Third Wave Coffee eGift Card or any electronic device on which it is stored is lost,
stolen or used without permission. Once the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card has been sent to you,
you are bound to protect the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card 16 digit number and the 6 digit CSV
code as confidential.
Purchases made with value from the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card are not refundable, except
where required by law. The Issuer i.e. Qwikcilver assumes no responsibility for the products
purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. For questions

If any term of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid, void or for any reason
unenforceable, such term shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining terms
Changes to these Terms and Conditions:
Third Wave Coffee India reserves the right to add, alter, amend and revise terms and conditions as
well as the rules and regulations governing the eGift Card without prior notice, and without
assigning any reasons thereof. In the event of such changes, the latest terms & conditions will be
updated and can be viewed on our website https://www.thirdwavecoffeeroasters.com/
Cancellation of Third Wave Coffee eGift Card :Third Wave Coffee India reserves the right to
suspend, block or terminate the rights and privileges attached to the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card
if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use. Third Wave Coffee India
reserves the right to cancel or wind up the eGift Cards program at its discretion, in a manner
permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law : All disputes in connection with the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card or its program
shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Bangalore only.
Trademark Information: The “Third Wave Coffee”, owned by Third Wave Coffee Corporation and
used by Third Wave Coffee India under a license. All other trademarks, service marks, domain
names, logos, company names and indicia of origin referred to on the Sites are either trademarks,
service marks, domain names, logos, company names or indicia of origin or are otherwise the
property of Third Wave Coffee India or its affiliates or licensors. Other product or company names
referred to on the Sites may be trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use any
trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin of
Third Wave Coffee India, or any third party without permission from the owner of the applicable
trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin. You
may contact the company by sending an e-mail to Customer Care or writing to heisetasse

E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can
be delayed up-to 24 – 48 hours.
